Customer Service & Sales Technician

Duties. Customer communications, education and service. Customer follow-through and tracking. Rapid production of design drawings and proposal documents based on existing templates and processes. Assistance with new product implementation.

Skills. Requires a high school degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the customer service or related field. Good math and verbal communications skills. Understanding of basic engineering principals and designs. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs required, AutoDAD and Navision a plus. Self-motivation and problem solving skills, to insure customer satisfaction, is essential.
