  • Manage mission-critical/high spend supplier quality issues in partnership with production managers, procurement team members, and the vendor team, working toward solutions which maintain productive vendor relationships and minimize production interruption/costs/quality issues over time.
  • As a core deliverable, develop a robust supplier quality program which delivers opportunities for cost reductions, more productive vendor management, fewer production issues resulting from materials quality issues, etc., deploy this system in concert with production and procurement management and teams, and manage all quality engineering as our production capacity more than quintuples over the course of the next 2+ years.
  • Provide organizational leadership regarding all materials/supply-chain quality initiatives, staff, processes, applications etc.  While not directly managing people, this role will immediately provide oversight, and as we grow will mature into key leadership or management, dependant on organizational size, expansion etc.
