SolarWorld authorized installers are a select group of manufacturer approved, higher-volume SolarWorld installers.

To become a SolarWorld authorized installer, you must meet the following criteria:

  • History of quality design & installation
  • Commitment to purchase SolarWorld Sunkits® solar systems or Sunmodule™ solar panels
  • Ability to promote the SolarWorld brand
  • Excellent business practices
  • Installation experience of 100 kW yearly run rate (residential authorized)
  • Installation experience of 300 kW yearly run rate (commercial authorized)

As an authorized installer, you will receive the highest level of support from SolarWorld including product discounts, co-branded marketing materials, marketing co-op opportunities, and exclusive sales leads.

Grow your business with exclusive leads direct from SolarWorld. As America’s largest solar manufacturer, SolarWorld advertises on the Internet, radio, and television as well as through print and events.

Co-op marketing (Sunkits® solar systems and Sunmodule™ solar panels)
Authorized installers can save money on marketing costs by earning and using co-op dollars for SolarWorld brochures, data sheets, and other marketing materials.

Through the marketing co-op program, SolarWorld’s online store can help cover the costs of marketing materials, SolarWorld merchandise (hats, pens, bags, etc), and advertisement or direct mail campaigns.

Custom proposals
SolarWorld’s in-house design team develops custom proposals for each of your potential installations. Each proposal forecasts energy production and financial returns over the system’s 25-year warranty period.

Event support
Authorized installers can use marketing co-op to participate in home shows and other events or join SolarWorld sales staff at select home shows and sustainable lifestyle consumer events. We take care of all the details so you can come and generate leads.

Training
Receive the training you need to get your solar business started or to take your company to the next level. Attend an introductory webinar for new installers, or participate in advanced sales and installation courses by learning about proven sales techniques and latest best practices for installing and commissioning solar electric systems.

Project desk
SolarWorld offers design and project pricing support for commercial system design and special projects.

Access to Partner Portal
SolarWorld’s online resource includes the forms you’ll need for submitting new solar installations, a partner store where you can purchase SolarWorld branded merchandise and collateral, a schedule of upcoming training opportunities, and more.

Quality inspections
SolarWorld also inspects random systems to ensure a consistently high level of quality, a powerful testimony to homeowners about the value of choosing a SolarWorld solar system.
