  • Valid and current contractor License
  • Business license (as required by state or local government)
  • Workers compensation insurance and liability certificates
  • Contractor’s bond written by a surety company licensed in California
  • Annual sales volume must be ≥ $1 million
  • Company in existence ≥ 2 years
  • No personal or corporate bankruptcy in the last 3 years
  • No outstanding judgments or liens filed against you or the company
  • Company FICO ≥ 650; no delinquencies > 60 days in last 2 years
